1Who you are contracting with
Corporate Culture is a brand of Blue Bird Ventures. Your contract is with Blue Bird Ventures, which is the name that will appear on your bank or UPI statement.

By using the Audit, the Report or the Roadmap, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are entitled to do so.
2What we sell

Each stage is priced on its own. Nothing is credited or adjusted if you move to the next one.
The Audit must be completed before the Report, and the Report before the Roadmap, because each is built from the answers in the one before it.
3How the Report works
You answer the questions, we produce the Report, and a person reads it before it reaches you. Ronak Patel reviews and signs off every Report. None is sent automatically.
It arrives within 24 hours on working days, by email and on WhatsApp. Working days are Monday to Friday. Submit on a Saturday or Sunday and it reaches you by Monday evening.

4Your answers, and what they're worth
We do not verify anything you tell us. We do not see your books, your accounts, your agreements or your premises. Every figure and every statement in your Report comes from your own answers.
This matters more than it sounds. A Report built on flattering answers describes a business that does not exist, and the gap turns up later in front of a franchisee who has already paid you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
Where you cannot answer a question honestly, the questionnaire gives you a way to say so. Use it.
5What the Report is not
The Report is a diagnostic. It is not:
- A valuation of your business
- A business plan, a franchise agreement, or any other document to be shown to investors or lenders as a professional opinion
- Legal advice. It flags legal and structural matters for you to take to a lawyer. It does not resolve them
- Financial, investment or tax advice
- An audit in the accounting sense, despite the free product's name
- A guarantee that franchising will work, or that any franchisee will succeed
We are franchise consultants, not your lawyer, accountant or financial adviser. Decisions about your business remain yours.
6No promise about the answer
You are buying a diagnosis, not a verdict in your favour. The Report is built to say plainly when a brand is not ready, and for some brands that is what it says.
That is the product working, not failing, and it is not a basis for a refund. The Refund Policy says what is.
7Payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include 18% GST where shown. Payment is taken by Razorpay; we never receive or store your card or bank credentials.
Your statement will show Blue Bird Ventures. A tax invoice is issued to the details you give at checkout.
8Refunds
Set out in full in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you may have a full refund at any point before you submit your answers. Once you submit, review begins.
9Your Report, and who may see it
The Report is yours. You may use it inside your business, show it to your advisers, your lawyer, your accountant, your bank or an investor, and quote it in your own documents.
The link we send you is private to you. It carries every answer you gave us. Do not forward it — send the PDF instead, which exists for exactly that purpose. If you forward the link, anyone holding it can read everything behind it.
We keep your Report available at its link for three years. See the Privacy Policy.
10What stays ours
The questions, the scoring model, the seven-area framework, the written content the Report is assembled from, and everything else on this site remain ours. You may not copy them, resell them, or use them to build a competing assessment.
This does not restrict your use of your own Report, or of the facts about your own business inside it.
11Using the product properly
Don't submit answers for a business you have no connection to, don't attempt to access another customer's Report, don't scrape or reverse-engineer the product, and don't resell access to it.
We may refuse service or close an account where this happens, and where we do, §8 still applies to anything you have paid for and not received.
12Our liability
We stand behind delivering what you paid for. If we fail to deliver your Report, or deliver it late against the promise in §3, you get your money back.
We are not liable for business decisions you take after reading it. Franchising a business involves commercial judgement, market conditions, execution and people, none of which we control, and a readiness assessment is one input among many.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of these terms is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
13Things outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including failures of Razorpay, WhatsApp, email providers or hosting. If such a failure makes us miss the 24-hour promise, the refund in §3 still stands. You are not made to absorb our supplier's problem.
14Changes
We may change these terms. The version that applies to you is the one published when you paid. If we make a material change we will update the date at the top, and we will email you if it affects a Report you have already bought.
Prices may change at any time, but never for an order already placed.
15Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
