1Who we are
This policy covers the Franchise Readiness Audit, Report and Roadmap at app.corpculture.co.
Corporate Culture is a brand of Blue Bird Ventures. Blue Bird Ventures is the entity you pay, the name that appears on your bank or UPI statement, and the entity responsible for your information under this policy.

2The short version
We collect what you type into the Audit and the Report questionnaire, your email address and mobile number, and a record of how you use what we send you. We use it to produce your Report, deliver it, and talk to you about it. We don't sell it, we don't publish it, and we don't show it to other brands.
Two things are worth reading properly, because most policies bury them: §5, which says exactly what we can see about how you read your Report, and §7, which says how long we keep things.
3What we collect
What you tell us
- Your answers. Eleven questions in the free Audit, about thirty more in the Report questionnaire. These describe your business — revenue, margins, outlets, staff, systems, legal position
- Your brand name and the category you operate in
- Your email address, which you give at the end of the free Audit
- Your mobile number, which you give at checkout, used to send your Report on WhatsApp
- Anything you write to us by email or WhatsApp
What we record automatically
We keep an event log of what happens in the product: when an audit is started and finished, when a payment succeeds or fails, when a questionnaire is submitted, when a Report is generated, reviewed, approved and sent, and what happens to it afterwards. §5 covers that last part.
We also record the usual technical information a website receives — your browser type, your approximate location from your IP address, and the pages you open.
What we get from the payment
We never see your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. Payments go through Razorpay, who handle them on their own systems. We receive the amount, the date, whether it succeeded, a payment reference, and the name and contact details you gave Razorpay.
4Why we collect it
| What for | Which data |
|---|---|
| Producing your Report | Your answers |
| Having a person review it before you receive it | Your answers, your brand name |
| Delivering it | Email address, mobile number |
| Taking payment and issuing a receipt or invoice | Payment details via Razorpay, your name and contact details |
| Answering you when you write to us | Everything above |
| Knowing whether the product works | The event log |
| Meeting tax and accounting obligations | Payment records |
We process this with your consent, which you give when you submit the free Audit and again at checkout. Payment and tax records we keep because the law requires it, whether or not you withdraw consent.
We do not use your answers to train any machine learning model, and we do not use them to build a profile of you for advertising.
5Your Report link, and what we can see
This section exists because we would rather tell you than have you discover it.
When your Report is ready we send you a private link, by email and on WhatsApp. That link is yours alone. We record how it is used, specifically:
- That the link was clicked, and whether from the email or from WhatsApp
- Each time the Report is opened, and how many times in total
- Which sections you read
- Whether you downloaded the PDF
- Whether you clicked through to the Roadmap
What we do with it. It tells us whether the Report was useful and which parts people actually read, and it tells Ronak when a conversation is likely to be welcome rather than an interruption. If you read your Report four times in a fortnight, we may follow up.
What we don't do with it. We don't sell it, we don't share it with anyone outside the people named in §6, and we don't use it to advertise to you elsewhere.
If you would rather we didn't, write to bd@corpculture.co and we will stop recording it against your account. Your Report is unaffected.
6Who else sees it
Inside Corporate Culture, your answers and your Report are seen by the people who produce and review them — currently Sakthikkumaran and Ronak Patel — and by team members who need to know the status of your order.
Outside, we use these services, and each sees only what it needs:
| Who | What they see | What for |
|---|---|---|
| Razorpay | Your name, email, mobile, payment details | Taking the payment |
| Zoho (WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, via Marketing Automation) | Your mobile number, the message, your Report link | Sending your Report on WhatsApp |
| Zoho ZeptoMail | Your email address, the message, your Report link | Sending your Report and receipts by email |
| Zoho CRM | Your name, contact details, order and Report status | Keeping track of customers and conversations |
| Our hosting provider | Everything, as the systems it runs | Running the product |
None of them may use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with other brands. The sample Report on our site belongs to a business that does not exist.
7How long we keep it
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Your Audit result and Report answers | 3 years from your last activity |
| Your Report, and the link to it | The same 3 years. Your link does not expire inside that time |
| The event log | 24 months |
| Payment, invoice and tax records | 8 years, as our accountant advises |
| Emails and WhatsApp messages with you | 3 years |
Your Report link stays live for as long as we hold your Report, and we do not expire it before then. Ask us to erase your data and the link stops working, so download the PDF first.
8Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
- Ask what we hold about you, and what we have done with it
- Correct anything wrong or out of date
- Have it erased, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw your consent at any time, which stops future processing
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act
- Complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India if we have not resolved it
Write to bd@corpculture.co. We will respond within thirty days.
Withdrawing consent does not undo what has already happened — a Report already produced and sent remains produced and sent — and it does not remove records the law requires us to keep.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10Security
Your answers are held on servers with access limited to the people in §6. Payment data never reaches our systems. The Report link is long and unguessable, and it is not listed or indexed anywhere.
A link is only as private as the person holding it. Anyone you forward it to can read your Report, including every answer you gave us. Forward the PDF instead — that is what it is for.
11Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep your place in the questionnaire, so you can close the tab and come back without losing your answers.
There is no account and no password. You never sign in to read your Report — the private link we send you is what identifies you, which is why §10 asks you not to forward it.
12Children
This product is for people running businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
13Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you by email.
